    Our organisation has a flat hierarchy. We have neither status arrogance, a dress-code nor do we need secretaries. Here, the management get the coffee themselves. Departmental thinking is alien to us - we favour an open-door policy and short communication channels. With us, employees should be perfectly aware of what is going on in our company. Because this encourages mutual understanding and strengthens our community.

    A tool we use for this is our monthly employee information and shared employee breakfast, which keeps all employees up to date with the latest topics and plans. The alogis cycling team is definitely proof that you can leave your own comfort zone: as a group of cycling enthusiasts, the colleagues have been successfully competing in the “Velothon Berlin” - a 60 or 120 km-long cycle race - for years.

    And the fun doesn’t have to stop there; our table football and table-tennis table guarantee the daily fun-factor in the breaks. Our employees also hold alogis tournaments. If it were an Olympic discipline, one or the other of us would certainly be there...
